How can I register for the event?
Tickets are limited to 150. As long as we have space, you can book below up to the last minute or even in Iceland. Just keep in mind the closer it is, the more likely you will be staying elsewhere or paying a pretty penny, as rooms do sell out and prices rise quickly. Partners or spouses attending any of the BDSS events will need their own ticket.

Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes, free wi-fi and power at certain tables is available in the conference hall.

What about transportation, flights and food?
Airfare, hotel, incidentals and some dinners are NOT included. You will want to fly to Reykjavik, Iceland (airport code LIH). Arrive by late afternoon on April 4 and depart anytime on April 9 (unless staying for Elevate 360).

How can I become a sponsor or exhibitor at the event?
Sponsors are limited to a max of 10. Sponsorship includes both the Iceland event and Virtual event in August plus 2 tickets to each.

How do I reserve my hotel?
We have a special link you can use to book your hotel (or you can use your Marriott Bonvoy points if you are a member). A link is sent after you buy your ticket. Expect $400+ per night rates.

Will the volcano erupting affect BDSS?
The active volcano that erupts from time to time near Reykjavík should not affect BDSS. The only time it would create an issue is for planes flying in to the airport if the smoke flume blows that direction, which so far has not been the case.

I have special dietary needs, like Vegan or Kosher. Can you accommodate?
Yes, we will take care of you if you eat Kosher or Vegas or have any other special dietary requirements. Just indicate this when you sign up and/or when we send you an attendee questionnaire.
